Terms and Conditions:

• Cancellation Policy: In rare instances, rescheduling far in advance may be allowed. Rescheduling too close to the event date may incur a fee. Please note, we do not offer any type of monetary refund in the event of a cancellation or no show.

• Please make sure all members of your party have filled out the wavier for your activity. Waivers can be signed at our location right before the event or in advance by following this link : www.portlandescaperooms.com/liability-waivers

• Players may be held responsible for any items that may break or go missing inside the room as a result of a player or group's actions. 

• We ask all players to arrive 15 minutes before the event. The event starts promptly at the reservation time and players need time to check in and sign the waiver. Latecomers may be required to forfeit all or part of their event time, or reschedule for a later date with a fee. 

• We do not offer refunds for players who do not attend but who already had tickets.
